Authentically Australian, fresh and enticing breakfast options are what makes Boomarang’s Breakfast menu so popular. Favourites such as the classic Boomarang Benedict, the Coolangatta (Bacon, beef sausage, hash brown, fried eggs with toast), Steak & Eggs and The Ashes remain on the menu.
New additions include the Corn Cakes, Fruit Filled French Toast, Open Face Melt (Sliced Leg Ham, Tomato & Cheddar / Roasted Chicken, Avocado & cheddar), and the Housemade Meatloaf (Housemade loaf of beef and pork with fried eggs, roasted Roma tomato and mesculin).
Housemade Multi-seed, Brioche and Fruit Toast now feature in the menu along with homely sliced leg ham.
The new breakfast items brings great valued options to the menu with Corn Cakes, Fruit Filled French Toast and Open Face Melts all being 12++
